Where we ship
We're delighted to offer worldwide shipping for our exquisite range of bridal earrings, necklace sets, tiaras, pearl jewellery, and evening bags.
Shipping costs & processing
We aim for transparency with our shipping costs. For our valued customers in the United Kingdom, we offer FREE shipping. For all other international destinations, a flat-rate shipping fee of £15.00 applies. For USA shipping there is a £20.00 charge due to USA customs fees. All shipping costs are clearly calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase. Orders are processed swiftly within 1–3 business days.
Track your treasure
Once your order of beautiful accessories is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include all tracking details, where available, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey. Please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on your destination and any customs processing for international orders.
Shipping is 2nd class by Royal Mail and within the UK 2nd class post usually takes 5-10 days. For orders sent abroad please allow 14-21 days for your parcel to arrive.

Please note that The Accessories Boutique is not responsible for any customs processing delays, import duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be applied by your country’s customs authority. These charges vary by location and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs Delays
Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery times may be affected by customs inspections or local postal procedures. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for international shipments.
Duties & Fees
Any customs duties, VAT, handling fees, or import charges must be paid by the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs guidelines before placing an order so you’re aware of any potential costs.
Refusal of Delivery
If a parcel is refused due to customs fees, the original shipping cost and any return charges will be deducted from your refund.
Returns
Returns Policy: UK returns accepted within 30 days. International returns accepted within 60 days. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.ds will be issued within 2 days of returns. We do do not issue refunds for packages seized by customs. In order to qualify for a refund, the package must be retuned to us in good order/
